Description

Just a quick emoticon I made for a friend of mine last night.
No animation just still.

I don't understand msn messenger and it's screwing up of my static emotes, animated ones it displays with no distortion fine but even static ones with the same canvas sizes get blurred or distorted. Tis a pain in the hole.

All emotes need to be 19x19 to work in MSN, and I generally find I have to save a static emote as an animated one (two repeated frames). A pain, yes. But it works.
